Mike is the visionary and powerhouse behind Shine. He tirelessly drives our projects forward, while supporting and encouraging our volunteers.

RICKY AFRIKA

GOEDE HOOP CHAPTER MANAGER

Ricky leads our Goede Hoop centre. He has a strong interest in leadership, team development, and personal growth and believes in the upliftment of youth in his community of Reiger Park.

AMANDA WILLIAMS

LITERACY PROGRAMME MANAGER

Amanda has a Higher Diploma in Architecture and a Psychology certificate. She is passionate about arts and crafts, loves mountain bike riding and is a Dancing Teacher.

STACHLI JORDAAN

LAKESIDE CHAPTER MANAGER

Stachli runs our centre at Lakeside Primary. She has a background in N1 Electrical Engineering and have spent the past three years working with children and managing our paid youth. She also has a party decorating business!

NORENCHIA AYER

ADMINISTRATOR

Norenchia has a diploma in Journalism and Media Studies. She has a love for reading and loves food and socialising.
